7cx may suspend or close an account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or at the account holder's own request.
If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held during the review period. If the investigation concludes with no breach found, your account will be reinstated and your balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, the outcome will depend on the nature of the breach — this may include forfeiture of bonus funds, voiding of specific bets, or permanent closure with return of verified real-money deposits only.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Requests for self-exclusion under Responsible Gaming are processed separately and take effect as described in Section 13 below.
